Who are we?

WireITfree is a forward looking, independent company, based in Fleet, Hampshire. We provide a wide range of computer, IT, software, networking and telecom services to homes and businesses in Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. We are a small professional team of qualified and versatile engineers with experience in the IT and telecom industries. Our mission is to make modern technology work for you.

What are our charges?

We charge our home customers at an hourly rate. From your description of the problem and/or project and from your answers to our initial questions, we give you an estimate of the time the job is likely to take. If, when we come to do the job, we find that it is likely to take longer than the original estimate, we let you know as soon as possible within the first hour. You will then be able to discuss with us the pros and cons of our completing the task.

If we have been asked to supply equipment, we shall give you as realistic an estimate of the cost as possible. After discussing the matter with you, we shall ensure that you have the most appropriate equipment for your needs and environment.

We offer all our customers an hourly rate. For complex projects/jobs, we usually make an initial visit (which entails a fee) in order to get a detailed picture of the project/job. Thereafter, we provide a written estimate for the job proposal.
